Late Arrivals
We try to accommodate late patients up to 15-minutes after the scheduled appointment time. If you are late- you may be asked to wait, or the treatment may be cut short in order to treat other patients at their scheduled times.
Patients running more than 15-minutes late are considered late cancelled.
If you are running late please contact us so we can plan accordingly.
Early Cancellations
Early cancellations are cancellations that occur more than 24 hours before your appointment time. There is no charge for early cancellations.
You can cancel online, by phone, email or voicemail that before the 24 hour window.
Late Cancellations
Any appointment cancelled with less than 24-hours notice is considered a late cancellation and charged the full amount.
Same Day Rescheduling
As a courtesy, appointments can be rescheduled, without charge, for any available appointment with any practitioner during that same calendar day. If we are fully booked we may need to reschedule you for a different day.
